What happens to my refund if my card is no longer in use?Updated 5 months ago

When we process a refund, we refund the bank account, not the card. This means if you card has been cancelled or expired when we process the refund, as long as the account the refund is going to is still open, there won't be a problem. 

If the account is also closed, you will need to contact your bank to resolve this.
