Closure Details

• Dates Closed: Our warehouse and customer service teams will be unavailable from Friday 18th April to Monday 21st April.

• Reopening: Normal operations resume on Tuesday 22nd April. Any orders or inquiries received during closure will be processed from Tuesday onwards.

1. Standard, Next Working Day & Subscription Orders

   • Order By: 12:00pm on Wednesday 16th April

   • Expected Delivery: Thursday 17th April

2. Orders Containing Non-Frozen Items Only

   • Order By: 12:00pm on Thursday 17th April

   • Expected Delivery: Saturday 19th April

3. Remote or Offshore Postcodes

   • Order By: 12:00pm on Monday 14th April

   • Reason: Additional transit time is required to ensure delivery before the holiday.

Important Shipping Updates

• Subscription Shipments: Subscriptions scheduled for Thursday 17th or Friday 18th will be shipped on Wednesday 16th to avoid delays.

• Next Working Day Shipping Unavailability: From Wednesday 16th April at 10:00am, Next Working Day Shipping is paused until mid-to-late week after the Bank Holiday.

• Post-Holiday Dispatches:

  • Orders placed after 12:00pm on Thursday 17th April through to Monday 21st April will be dispatched from Tuesday 22nd to Thursday 24th April.

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 24–48 hours, depending on your location.

Dispatch vs. Delivery

• Dispatch: The date your order leaves our warehouse.

• Delivery: The date your order arrives at your address, usually 1–2 days after dispatch (or longer for remote/offshore areas).
