Please view packaging for the full label instructions. Make sure product has fully defrosted before cooking. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.

Alternatively - 

Cooking Instructions:

1. Remove carboard sleeve. Do not pierce the film or remove black tape (valve).
2. Place in a microwave on full power (1000W) for 2 minutes until you hear a magic whistling sound.

Or

Empty contents in a pan and heat on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Stir constantly to ensure meal is heated thoroughly.

The ready meals can be stored in the fridge for up to 30 days from despatched.
