May Bank Holiday Shipping Update (Monday 5 May 2025)

Planning to shop with us this weekend? Here’s everything you need to know about how the Early-May Bank Holiday affects dispatch and delivery.

Cut-Off	Dispatch Day	Notes
Before 14:00, Friday 2nd May	Friday 2nd May	Leaves our warehouse the same day.
After 14:00, Friday 2nd May - Monday 5th May	Tuesday 6th May	No weekend or Bank-Holiday dispatch.

Our warehouse and couriers are closed on Monday 5 May for the national holiday, and we do not dispatch orders over the weekend.

Delivery Timing

UK Mainland - Once your parcel leaves us, it is normally delivered next working day (e.g., dispatched Tuesday ➜ delivered Wednesday).

Channel Islands & Remote Postcodes - Dispatched on the same schedule, but please allow an extra working day in transit due to longer routes.

Can I still place an order over the weekend? - Absolutely! Your order will be queued and prepared for the first Tuesday collection.
Will I receive tracking? - Yes, you’ll get a dispatch confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Need help? - Our Customer Service team reopens at 08:00 Tuesday 6 May and will reply to any messages in the order they were received.
