My goods have perished early, what do I do?Updated 4 months ago

We work really hard to ensure all our products have a good shelf life and still have plenty of life left on them when you receive them. 

As you know, most baked goods bought from supermarkets only last a few days before growing mould or becoming stale, so we're really proud of what we've achieved with our specialist ingredients! 

If your goods become mouldy or perish BEFORE the best before date on the packaging please contact us ASAP with photos of the best before dates and also photos of the product itself. 

We would always recommend refrigerating our baked goods to help them last even longer and to prevent mould. Or freezing them for 3 months freshness!
