What should I do if I'm not going to be in for my delivery?Updated 2 months ago

The majority of couriers we use allow you to amend the final destination, some allow you to leave with a neighbour, in a safe place or at a local parcel shop.

Please see below for more information on our couriers or click the courier names to open a link to there delivery information. Depending on which courier your order has been assigned to may have different options:


  • Leave in a safe place.
  • Leave with a neighbour.
  • Change redelivery address (after first delivery attempt).
  • Leave in a safe place.
  • Leave with a neighbour.
  • Leave with a local parcel shop.
  • Book/change delivery slot.


You may need to enter your tracking reference number which you can find within your emails from the courier or alternatively, you may need to enter your postcode. To track you order click here.
