We are sorry to hear if your order arrives incorrectly or has missing products. This is a complete rarity and our warehouse team work efficiently to ensure all our low carb legends orders are carefully put together before sending it on its way to you.

Just as a reassurance, we also have fail safe systems and audit cameras in our warehouse on each packing station so we can keep an eye on your order and process any checks if needed.
