What should I do if my products/packaging have arrived damaged or incomplete?Updated 5 months ago

We're sorry to hear if your order has not arrived in the quality or standard it should have. The last thing we want is anything happening to any of our low carb legends orders!

We always ensure that orders are packed efficiently and leave our warehouse correctly. However occasionally, a problem may occur.

If your order has arrived damaged or not fit for purpose, please contact our SRSLY customer service team and we can either arrange a fresh replacement to be send out or issue a refund for you.
