Why have I received a delivery delay notification?Updated 5 months ago

We want our customers to have the best experience and feel supported along their low carb journey. One of the ways we're making this happen is by introducing a new system that notifies us and you if there are potential delivery delays.

What does a delivery delay notification mean?

If you get a delivery delay, don't panic. This simply means the order has been stationary with one of our couriers for slightly longer than anticipated. This does NOT mean your order will arrive late, it simply means we're keeping a closer eye on it. 


What happens after I have received a delivery delay?

If your order has arrived safely and in good time like it should, then we will mark the order as complete. If there is a delay or issue with your order, we will investigate further and if necessary we will contact you with a resolution.
