Why is my pizza or wraps misshaped?Updated 4 months ago

We apologise if you come across this matter. Whilst we prioritise quality checks at every stage of the manufacturing process, we have put in place some additional checks in place to make sure everything is as it should be.

As for the occasional misshape of our pizzas, pizza bases and wraps, we can explain the following below:

We work using the best quality dough which contains a stretchy ingredient (gluten). Gluten helps with creating a crust, the crumb and bounce in bread. However as it is quite stretchy, sometimes misshapes and shrinkage can happen. The good news is that there is no reduction within the quantity of ingredients or nutrients.

Also just to reassure you, we maintain and work within strict standards within manufacturing. We also have the highest food manufacturing accreditation you can get in the UK (BRC A+) and provide sample checks when preparing each customers package.
